Our Basic Weekly residential service includes the following:

• Mowing: Turf areas will be mowed on a weekly schedule through the normal growing season. Under normal conditions it is recommended that no more than a 1/3 of the total height of the turf shall be removed at a given time. During rainy periods service may be moved either prior or after normal service date, if turf conditions are too wet, service may be resumed the following week.
  
  
• Trimming: Turf areas along the house, trees, mailbox, and fencing will be trimmed per client mowing schedule.
  
  
• Edging: All turf areas including along side walks, curbs, driveways, and soft edges such as beds and borders will be trimmed per client mowing schedule.
  
  
• Blowing: All hard surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, curbs, patios, and porches will be blown free from grass clippings.
  

Our Expanded weekly residential service includes all the above with the addition to the following:

• Beds: Mulched beds on the property will be maintained through the use of non-selective liquid herbicides and granular pre-emergents to control weeds. Trash and other debris will be removed by hand.
  
   
• Pruning: Shrubbery will be pruned to maintain shape and to enhance healthy new growth. Most trees can be pruned at a 5’ to 7’ height above ground level to establish a clean professional look. Occasional corrective pruning may be needed to maintain optimum future vigor of the shrubs and trees.
  
  
• Leaf Removal: Most leaves will be removed from the turf, beds, and hard surfaces on a weekly basis during the fall and winter months.
  

Our Premium weekly residential service includes all the above with the addition to the following:

• Chemical: Chemical applications will be applied to turf surfaces during the year. Each client will receive their own application schedule, based on type of turf, and current condition of the turf.
  
  
• Irrigation: We can evaluate your system and make adjustments or recommendations as necessary.
